PinoAPI uses leverage for its trading algorithms to optimize performance. Like all leveraged products, this can increase both profits and risks. When manually configuring your setup, ensure you have a clear understanding of how PinoAPI works, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Can I test for free?

Yes, you can start your 14-day demo period right away, no strings attached. In this time, you can see if it's a good fit for you.

Does PinoAPI require a PC?

You can use PinoAPI on your phone, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, allowing you to monitor, configure, and manage your setups from anywhere at any time. For the initial setup, we do require a PC, but after that, you can access us on the go!

Is PinoAPI beginner friendly?

Our platform is built to be intuitive for both beginners and experienced traders. Even if you are very busy and have little time, PinoAPI still enables you to get the most out of your money with Auto API. Want more control? Configure your own algorithmic setups!

How to get started?

To get started, we highly recommend following our step-by-step documentation for Bybit, Kraken, and PinoAPI. If you are already somewhat familiar with Bybit or Kraken, you could be up and running in just a few minutes.

What is the minimum to get started?

The minimum investment is 500 USD/USDT per API. The maximum investment is 10,000 USD/USDT per API.

Where do I deposit the funds?

We support only the most trusted trading platforms. At PinoAPI, we never hold your funds; we interact with your trading platform through API. Your funds will always be stored, deposited, or withdrawn from one of our trusted trading platform partners.

How do I get Help?

Make sure to check out our Troubleshooter page first. If this does not help, we recommend contacting us through our Help channel on Telegram. While running

When do I start making profit?

All of PinoAPI's algorithms are highly dependent on volatility, meaning the market has to move before you start to make money. If the market is very volatile, you'll see that you could realize your first profits in minutes. If the market is calm, the algorithm still works but waits for a move to either buy or sell.

What if I am not making a profit?

At PinoAPI, we strongly believe in providing a low-cost learning environment where everyone can learn and make mistakes without being charged a monthly fee. If you are not profitable, you pay no performance fee for that month.

Can I deposit more while running?

Yes, you most certainly can! All our algorithms are designed to automatically compound profits, and they also take into account any new balance at any time.

How does the performance fee work?

We charge a monthly performance fee that is based on the total amount of realized profit reduced by the associated trading (platform) fees. This fee is fixed at a rate of 20%* and applies to all profitable users. Learn more here.
